Police in Bondo, Siaya County, are on the spot following a 25-year-elderly person passed on bafflingly while in care.
The expired youngster, recognized as Vitalis Okinda, was captured on January 8 for a minor traffic offense and taken to Bondo police headquarters.
After a day, his family was educated by the police that he had passed on.
His family said he was healthy when he was captured.
At the point when they saw his body in the morgue, they found that it had genuine wounds.
